Agneta Baumann

b. 1944, Kalmar, Sweden. As a kid Baumann sang at college in both choir and jazz music group. After leaving college, she sang in resorts and restaurants, creating a status as a favorite entertainer. Although her early musical passions were primarily centred on pop, she started playing close focus on singers through the jazz globe, notably Billie Vacation, Carmen McRae, Anita O’Day time and Sarah Vaughan.
