Agnaldo Timóteo

Focusing on a repertory of romantic, old-fashioned, and quite kitschy music, Agnaldo Timóteo became popular with this simple formula and his vocal presents, achieving prominence within the pantheon of Brazilian singers. Having albums released in Argentina (where he reached the strike parade), Mexico, the U.S.A., and Britain, he became therefore well-known in Brazil that is elected to politics offices. The kid of an unhealthy family members, Agnaldo Timóteo proved helpful hard during his youth at diverse careers, finally learning to be a mechanic. In 1960, he transferred to Rio and do all sorts of little jobs, including executing within a circus. Following a break in Television (in manufacturer/DJ Jair de Taumaturgo’s Hoje é Dia de Rock and roll), he documented his initial LP in 1965, Surge um Astro. His achievement was instant, and after that he documented an album each year, executing throughout Brazil for loaded homes. In 1968, he documented “Meu Grito” (on Obrigado, Querida), a melody compiled by Roberto Carlos/Erasmo Carlos which became his biggest strike, offering 600,000 copies. He also documented and released the recording Sung By Brazilian Internationally Famous Agnaldo Timóteo in Mexico and THE NICE Tone of voice of Brazil within the U.S.A. and Britain.
