Agitpop

Several appropriately named punk-rockers from Poughkeepsie, Agitpop recorded two albums for Community 3 Information (made by label-head Albert Garzon) during 1985-86, but moved to Minneapolis’ Twin/Firmness label for his or her last two albums, Open up Seasons and PLACE IT. The ultimate LPs noticed Agitpop trading within the punk and politics for rock and roll with a little more pop potential, though they disbanded soon after the change of the 10 years.
