Aftermath

Tucson, Arizona-based rock group Aftermath (never to end up being confused using the similarly called Chicago thrashers in the ’90s) featured vocalist Richard Shayka, guitarists Cliff Finney and John E. January, bassist Joe Nutt, and drummer Rick von Glahn. Produced in 1984, they released a self-financed EP, Direct From Hell in 1985, after that agreed upon with Holland’s Mushroom Information for the discharge of 1988’s swansong Don’t Cheer Me Up.
