Adela Dalto

Adela Dalto was created in Tx to Mexican parents, and was raised in Gary, Indiana. She wed the past due Latin jazz pianist Jorge Dalto, and offers claimed her personal ground as a robust R&B and jazz vocalist. Having honed her abilities through many years of carrying out in small NY night clubs, her rise to worldwide stardom was boosted by her participation with her husband’s group, the InterAmerican Music group. She was highlighted soloist in the tune “Convenience My Discomfort,” in the group’s 1985 record, Urban Oasis. Dalto provides performed with such top-ranked New York-based Latin music artists as Jerry Gonzalez, Hilton Ruiz, and Mauricio Smith’s Latin Jazz Orchestra, and was a highlighted vocalist with Mario Bauza’s AfroCuban Orchestra and Carlos “Patato” Valdes’s AfroJazzia Outfit. She continues to execute with her very own music group at such NY nightspots as the Blue Take note, S.O.B.’s and Birdland.
