Ablaze My Sorrow

Produced in 1993 by Martin Quist (vocals/guitar), Magnus Carlsson (guitar), Anders Brorsson (bass), and Fredrik Wenzel (drums), Ablaze My Sorrow implemented in the footsteps of very similar Swedish death steel combos by incorporating plenty of melody to their frantic assaults. Substitute drummer Alex Bengtsson appeared soon after the documenting of their initial demonstration, “For Bereavement We Cried,” and second guitarist Roger Johansson was added ahead of 1996’s debut record If Feeling Still Burns, therefore Quist could concentrate on his vocals.
