The American symphonic dark metal band Abigail Williams was founded in 2005, in Phoenix, Arizona, and borrowed its name from an infamous girl accuser who was simply partially in charge of the Salem Witch Trials. Ironically, the group’s early background was checkered with identical (if much less lethal) works of “treason” as greater than a dozen music artists sifted through their rates, producing vocalist/guitarist Ken Sorceron the only real mainstay.
