Aaron Robinson

Before launching his solo career with 2007’s We Are Race Spirits, singer/songwriter Aaron Robinson (never to be confused using the likewise named baseball player through the mid-20th century) was a fixture in the Nashville scene, serving as frontman for the Imaginary Football Group from 2001 to 2005. The music group canvassed the East Coastline while launching two EPs and one full-length record; following group’s disbandment, Robinson taken care of a local pursuing with the Youthful Specialists. When that music group divide in 2007, he opted to consider the reins himself. Teaming up with manufacturer Neilson Hubbard, he moved into Mr. Lemons Studio room in May to begin with recording his initial solo disk. We Are Race Ghosts gathered both brand-new and old tracks, and Robinson backed its 2007 discharge using a efficiency at the next year’s South by Southwest celebration.
