A Thousand Knives of Fire

Once his previous music group, NJ rockers Halfway to Eliminated, became completely gone (having officially announced their break up), singer and harmonica participant Lee Stuart began searching for his next music endeavor, soon figuring out to set up with longtime friend and Monster Magnet/Raging Slab drummer Bob Pantella to create ONE THOUSAND Knives of Fire, rounding out the lineup with various other buddies through the thriving local underground rock and roll picture: guitarist Paul Wiegand, bassist Taj Briggles, and erstwhile Halfway to Eliminated partner Dan Golin as another drummer. They started executing live and focusing on materials for an eventual LP, which duly had become in 2008, whenever a Thousand Kitchen knives of Fireplace unleashed their Southern-flavored, hard-rocking debut, THE FINAL Teach to Scornsville, through Little Stone Records.
