A BIG CHANGE of Speed initially came jointly around high-school buddies Torry Jasper (vocals/guitar) and Jonathan Kelly (drums), who have been both itching to graduate so they could easily get away from their sleepy hometown of Peoria, AZ. Bonding more than a distributed like of pop-punk, the people would start to see the lineup change around them in early stages because they perfected their explosive, pop-edged substitute rock and roll. They self-released their initial EP in 2003, Modification Is the Just Regular, and toured with Senses Fail before getting accidentally uncovered by their potential supervisor through their Purevolume web page. A cope with Immortal quickly implemented along with a Modification of Pace’s debut full-length, An GIVE YOU Can’t Refuse, made an appearance in March 2005. Right now, Jasper and Kelly had been joined up with by Johnny Abdullah (bass/vocals) and Adam Rodgers (electric guitar). Summertime 2006 noticed the addition of guitarist Dan Parker (previously of Peoria’s DON’T ALLOW Go) towards the lineup, and Jasper therefore centered on vocals. The music group toured briefly before the August 2006 discharge of Prepare the Public, including a small number of Warped Tour schedules.
