Allan Gutheim

A Swedish avant-electronic composer, lecturer, author, and producer that has written for theater, film, ballet, art exhibitions, and different multimedia productions, Allan Gutheim spent his formative years learning music theory, composition, and piano. In 1994, after spending the past due ’70s and ’80’ on the electro-acoustic music and audio art studio room EMS in Stockholm, he founded his very own studio and creation company, REAL-TIME Music. Throughout that period he also trained music theory and digital creation at Stockholm’s Kulturama artwork college. In 2013, along with collaborative artwork duo Unda Arte (Swedish-Estonian musician, Marie Lundvall as well as the Swedish musician, Peder Bjoerk), Gutheim released Postmodern Substrada, a luxurious art stock portfolio that highlighted 15 original designs and a literary text-heavy 28-web page booklet created by Lundvall and Peder Bjoerk, and a four-track Compact disc single of music culled from Gutheim’s archives.
