Cedric Smith and Richard Keelan shaped Perth Region Conspiracy in 1969. Authorized to Columbia immediately after, the music group (right now including bassist Michael Butler) released The Perth Region Conspiracy WILL NOT Exist in 1970 and Perth Region Conspiracy Live the next year. Use in Berlin premiered in 1976 and Ten Shed Years — AND Some in 1977.
