Chicago indiepop clothing analog radio was led by singer/bassist Dann Morr, who previously spent many years being a sideman backing Windy Town acts including Tom Daily and Crimson Superstar Belgrade. After recruiting vocalist/guitarist Brian Royer and drummer Mike Madzinski, Morr booked studio room time and energy to record a small number of his primary songs, and everything concerned were therefore pleased with the outcome they made a decision to continue being a fulltime music group, adding guitarist Jaime Vasquez and acquiring the name analog radio. The band’s debut LP was planned for release within the springtime of 2003.
