An attractive guitarist who focuses on Brazilian and Latin jazz, Jeff Linsky was mainly self-taught, although he studied briefly with Spanish guitarist Vicente Gomez and Joe Move. He resided in Hawaii during 1972-1988 before shifting to the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Bay region. Linsky has so far recorded easily exciting albums for Kamei (1991-1992), GSP, Concord, and Concord Vista.
