Fingathing

The instrumental hip-hop duo of DJ Peter Parker and bassist Sneaky started performing as Fingathing in 1999. Peter Parker was a bedroom DJ found out by Tag Rae of trip-hoppers Rae & Christian in a DMC competition in 1997; Sneaky — a classically qualified bassist — was employed in a favorite Manchester club once the set met. Their 1st full-length, Primary Event, was released in 2000 on Rae’s Grand Central label. Live times, including a stint starting for DJ Darkness, followed the discharge of the sophomore work, Superhero Music, in 2002.
