Despite possessing a name in shape for a dark metal clothing, 9 Goats Dark Out are actually a rock work with a flavor for everything moody and melancholic, although they prevent sounding just like a standard goth music group. The mastermind from the trio may be the vocalist Ryo, who sang in Galruda and Gullet, which split in 2004. Going for a longer break from music, Ryo came back in 2007, recruiting guitarist Uta and bassist Hati into 9 Goats Dark Out. The music group had no issue securing an archive deal, debuting over the indie label Dalli using the EP Devils in Bedside (2008), the initial press which sold-out weeks beforehand, prompting a re-release available to abroad fans who had been drawn to the music group via its MySpace existence. 9 Goats Dark Out continued their initial tour in 2008, stirring up the general public interest using the one “Sleeping Beauty”; another tour with Glucose opened 2009, where 9 Goats Dark Out also released the EP Dark Rain, obtainable in European countries the same calendar year (it had been handled with the German label CLJ Information).
