This UK R&B quartet comprises vocalists Carolyn Owlett (b. Britain), Suzie Furlonger (b. Dumfries, Scotland), Tisha Martin (b. Jamaica), and Tanya Boniface (b. Surrey, Britain). The 411 can track its formation back again to when Martin and Boniface fulfilled while singing support vocals for UK spirit vocalist Lemar. These were encouraged to put together their very own group by way of a representative of Sony Information and, with the help of Owlett and Furlonger, 411 was created in the beginning of 2003. The quartet’s name was selected from rap slang and from respect to Mary J. Blige’s metropolitan traditional, What’s The 411? The group published a lot of the materials on the debut recording themselves, around star Ashanti adding one monitor, ‘No Excuses’. Rapper Ghostface Killah guested on the united kingdom Top 5 strike ‘On My Legs’, which were able to expose a story about domestic assault into the top parts of the graphs in the summertime of 2004.
