13 Mg.

With years to be behind the production wheel of such big names as Grace Jones, Ministry, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chemlab, as well as the Jesus and Mary Chain, vocalist and producer H. Beno wished to begin his own task. Therefore by recruiting guitarists Utmost Edgin and Joe Callahan, bassist Cornelius Benefit, and drummer Felix Miklik, and 13 Mg. was created in 1993. Using their style of merging intense dance beats, distorted key pad, and coarse acoustic guitar prospects, 13 Mg. had been soon saving their 1996 debut full-length Trust and Obey. Accompanied by a series trips with Sister Machinegun, Prong, and EDN and their Re-Mixes EP in 1997, 13 Mg.’s second recording, Eternacate, premiered on Slipdisc Information two years later on.
