Vocalist Paul McCoy, bassist Kevin Dorr, guitarist Eric Weaver, and drummer Aaron Gainer were mostly even now in their teenagers when they shaped 12 Rocks in the tiny New Orleans suburb of Mandeville, Louisiana.
