Silverlake, CA-based funk-popsters 10 Cent comprised vocalist/guitarist Shawn Calizo, bassist Tina Hyperlink, keyboardist Phil E. Hartman and drummer Blair. After debuting in 1996’s Everybody Wins, the group authorized to the Dirt Brothers’ Hi-Ho label release a Buggin Out 3 years later.
